Terms of Service – The Six-Hour Layover, Seattle

Welcome to The Six-Hour Layover, Seattle. By booking a tour or service with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings & Payment

  • All bookings must be made online through our secure payment system.

  • Prices are listed per person and include transportation, guide services, and listed inclusions.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • 72+ hours before tour start: full refund.

  • Within 72 hours: no refund, but we will do our best to reschedule if possible.

  • Flight delayed or canceled: contact us immediately; we will provide credit toward a future booking (valid 12 months, transferable).

  • Cooling-off: cancellations made within 24 hours of booking receive a full refund if the tour date is more than 72 hours away.

3. Liability Disclaimer & Safety

  • Flight Schedules: We are not responsible for missed, delayed, or canceled flights due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, security delays, airline changes).

  • Third-Party Services: Our tours may involve third-party providers (Uber/Lyft, restaurants, attractions). We are not liable for their actions, errors, or delays.

  • Personal Safety & Belongings: Guests are responsible for personal safety and belongings. We are not liable for lost/stolen items or injuries caused by guest negligence.

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for disruptions caused by severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, or emergencies.

  • Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.

4. Customer Conduct

  • Respectful behavior toward guides, drivers, and other guests is required.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe, disruptive, or discriminatory behavior.

  • Guests with mobility concerns should inform us in advance so accommodations can be arranged.

  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

6. Insurance

  • We recommend travel insurance covering delays, cancellations, and personal belongings.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA.
